Shipping

All orders are shipped as research materials, labeled Research Use Only, and are not intended for human or animal consumption.

• Orders qualify for free shipping once the order total exceeds $500.
• Standard shipping is a flat $50 for orders of up to 4 items, and $60 for larger orders.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days depending on destination.
• A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Contact us via the Contact page or WhatsApp if you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of dispatch.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number.

• Return shipping is free for eligible returns.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used.
• Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can resolve it quickly.
