4. Pricing and pricing errors

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Orders are confirmed and payment arranged through the channels made available to you at checkout (including WhatsApp-coordinated payment). Full payment is required before an order is dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Shipping

Products are shipped as research materials, labeled Research Use Only. Shipping timeframes and fees are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the product to the shipping carrier.
